With several well thought out ideas being applied, this front porch will welcome many prospective buyers.... UPDATE: On 5/26/08 the buyer of this duplex called me and said he was the one who bought the beautiful home he's living in and just bought another duplex & he asked me to do a total rehabilitation !!!! YES!!!

Where do I begin ? First do some serious pest control (millions of roaches)
After 2 days of serious cleaning, then we could finally prep, paint & applied alot of heartfelt TLC this will no longer be condemned...

Oh so pretty totally newly remodeled horrible kitchen.........
I applied 25 cans of a sandstone spray paint for updated accent texture to doors, painted inside & out of any and all cabinets, resurfaced old worn, burned countertops by applying a painted faux wood finish which looks exactly like real wood, making this an "adorable inviting kitchen" everyone likes to eat & hang-out in... |
